Domaine du Paradis – Chassenote
A fresh and floral white-blend crafted from Chasselas, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay. Grown on the Mandement slopes of Satigny and vinified with clarity and vitality.

Bouquet: Hawthorn blossom, lime-blossom and white-flower aromas rise above a pale straw hue, offering breezy elegance.

Palate: Clean, crisp and inviting — the wine flows with fresh orchard-fruit notes and a whisper of mineral tension, finishing with vibrant clarity.

Vinification: Grown on clay-molasse terroir, the grapes are gently harvested and vinified in stainless steel (cuve inox) with malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif or alongside a fillet of féra à la meunière, a casual fondue-evening or a classic Swiss charcuterie platter.
