Pinot Noir "Centaure"

Domaine du Centaure Pinot Noir "Centaure" is aged in oak barrels, giving a lot more depth and character to the Pinot Noir. A light red wine with vanilla notes, red cherry, light spice, and a herbaceous tinge of mushrooms and tobacco. Delicate yet lively, supple yet reminiscent of its heritage.

Pinot Noir "Centaure" pairs exceptionally with larger meals, think Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners. Pinot Noir's "Centaure" depth allows it to stand firmer than most of its kin. We would recommend balsamic and thyme roasted steak tips with gratin and roasted vegetables.
