An elegant, méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, grown on the sun-exposed slopes of the Bündner Herrschaft. This Brut Rosé reflects Obrecht’s precision, patience, and deep understanding of alpine terroir.

Bouquet: Fresh and refined, with aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, and raspberry, accented by rose petal and a subtle hint of brioche.

Palate: Crisp and finely textured, delivering bright red-berry fruit, lively acidity, and a delicate mousse that carries through to a clean, dry finish. Balanced and quietly complex.

Vinification: Produced using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing to build finesse, structure, and depth while preserving freshness.
