A joyful, naturally effervescent expression of 100% Pinot Noir from the Obrecht family vineyards in the sun-drenched slopes of the Bündner Herrschaft, this Pétillant Naturel (PetNat) captures purity of fruit and spirited freshness in every glass.

Bouquet: Bright aromas of green apple, fresh pear and wild citrus blossom mingle with hints of lavender and meadow herbs—vibrant and inviting.

Palate: Crisp and playful, revealing zesty orchard fruit and delicate brioche notes, with fine natural bubbles that give a soft, persistent mousse and a refreshing finish.

Vinification: Crafted according to ancestral méthode—fermented in tank and bottled early to trap natural CO₂ without dosage—this PetNat is unfiltered, alive with energy and true to its varietal essence.
