Weingut Rebhalde – Lattenberger Cuvée Blanc (AOC Zürichsee)

An aromatic and distinctly expressive white cuvée from the Hohl family's biodynamic estate on the slopes of the Lattenberg above Lake Zurich — three varieties, three vinification methods, one captivating result.

Bouquet: An intense and fragrant nose of rose petal, ripe peach, and a subtle touch of nutmeg — aromatic and alluring, with the Gewürztraminer's floral character taking center stage.

Palate: A gentle entry of residual sweetness gives way to a lively interplay of sweetness and acidity. Textured and layered, with a broad, fruit-rich mid-palate and a refreshing, lingering finish.

Vinification: A blend of 33% Gewürztraminer, 34% Kerner, and 33% Blanc de Noir (Pinot Noir), each vinified individually. The Gewürztraminer is skin-macerated using the "caviar" method for maximum aromatic complexity; the Kerner and Pinot Noir are whole-cluster pressed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel. Blended after fermentation for a joint malolactic fermentation before bottling.
