A bold and polished red blend from the Mandement slopes of Satigny crafted to deliver both richness and approachability.

Blend: Gamaret, Galotta, and Merlot

Bouquet: Deep, intense garnet-hued, with aromas of liquorice and eucalyptus, dark berries, subtle cedar and chocolate notes.

Palate: Warm and spice-driven yet smooth—ripe black fruit on entry, silky tannins, a lingering finish framed by subtle oak.

Vinification: The three varietals are vinified using two different approaches, with part of the wine aged in barrel (approximately 6 months) to enhance texture while retaining freshness.

Pairings: Excellent with herb-roasted pork medallions, grilled lamb with rosemary, morel-mushroom tournedos or mature Alpine cheeses.
