Findling "Sphinx"
Findling is a rare grape mutation from the Müller-Thurgau vines, only cultivated in small quantities worldwide. A rare wine for the adventurous looking for something unique and unavailable elsewhere in the United States.
Bouquet: Floral with hints of apricot and starfruit.
Palate: Balanced acidity with great earthy tones rounded out with fibrant stone fruits and a buttery finish.
Pairings: It is excellent with seafood and spicy dishes. It is perfect for carne asada tacos with habanero salsa or chili garlic prawns over sweet rice.
