Crafted on the gently sloping terroirs of Satigny by the eighth-generation Rochaix family, this Viognier captures the elegance and expressive clarity of Geneva’s vineyards.

Bouquet: Fresh citrus notes layered with hints of green apple, a touch of pear and tropical nuance—delicate floral whispers emerge with time.

Palate: Medium-bodied and softly textured, this wine offers a crisp core of ripe orchard fruit and refined minerality, finishing with a clean, gently persistent echo.

Vinification: Grown at approximately 450 m altitude on shallow molasse soils in the Geneva appellation, the Viognier vines are trained via Guyot system with yield capped near 70 hl/ha. Stainless steel fermentation preserves vivid varietal character and supports a lively finish.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or paired with grilled white fish, shell & seafood platters, mild Thai-style curry, or more richly textured vegetarian dishes like squash risotto.
